Real customers, real photos
The camel coat is beautifully cut and warm enough for our mornings without feeling bulky. I sized up one using the Size Finder so I could wear a sweater underneath — perfect call.
Purchased: Wool Blend Long Coat · Size M
Soft, substantial knit in the most gorgeous burgundy. It hasn’t pilled after several wears. Shipping took six business days, exactly as promised.
Purchased: Cable Knit Crew Sweater · Size L
Took a quick video because the photos don’t show how nicely it moves. Long enough to cover a blazer and the lapels sit flat.
Purchased: Double Breasted Wool Coat · Size S
You can feel the weight of the knit as soon as you open the package. The cuffs keep their shape after washing — I followed the care label and dried it flat.
Purchased: Cable Knit Sweater · Size M
I usually need to break in tall boots, but these were comfortable on the first walk. The zipper is smooth and the shaft fits over my calves.
Purchased: Knee-High Leather-Look Boots · Size 8
Elegant and so easy to wear. I got compliments all evening. The length was right for me at 5'7" with low heels.
Purchased: Long Sleeve Maxi Dress · Size S
Recorded this for my sister because she wanted to see the texture. Cozy, not itchy, and the color is a deep wine — even nicer in person.
Purchased: Chunky Knit Sweater · Size XL
Arrived neatly folded in tissue with a tracking update every step of the way. A small thing, but it made it feel like a gift to myself.
Purchased: Ribbed Knit Sweater · Size M
Lightweight but genuinely warm on cold walks with the dog. The hood is a good size and the zip pockets are a nice touch.
Purchased: Quilted Puffer Jacket · Size L
My first pair of trousers were a little long, so I emailed customer care. They replied within a couple of hours and sorted the exchange. The new size fits perfectly.
Purchased: Wide-Leg Pleated Trousers · Size M
I used the Size Finder for the first time and it recommended a size up from what I'd normally choose. It was right — room for a sweater and the sleeves are long enough.
Purchased: Wool Blend Pea Coat · Size L
I had a question about fabric content before ordering and got a detailed answer the same afternoon. The sweater is exactly as described.
Purchased: Mock Neck Sweater · Size S

Always follow the care label first. As a rule, hand wash knits in cold water and dry them flat; brush wool coats after wear and spot clean or dry clean as needed. Store knits folded and coats on a wide hanger to keep their shape.
We work hard to show every color accurately, including product photos for each color option. Small variations can occur depending on your screen settings.
Many of our pieces are produced in limited seasonal runs. Sign up for The Bardwell Letter in the footer to hear first when popular styles are restocked.
