We ship to addresses within the United States, free of charge and with no minimum spend.

Where we ship from
Our collections are designed in Louisville, Kentucky and ship from our North American warehouse — so there are no customs fees or import duties for U.S. orders.
Tracking your order
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate.
Business days
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are prepared the next business day.
Address changes & delivery issues
Need to change your shipping address? Email us right away at contact@bardwellrye.com with your order number. If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t find your parcel, please check with neighbors and contact us within 7 days — we’ll help you resolve it with the carrier.
International orders
We currently ship within the United States only.
